Hi! I’m Jessie - licensed massage therapist, intuitive bodyworker, and founder of Eagle Eye Alchemy.

For over a decade, I’ve worked within wellness centers, chiropractic offices, and private practice settings supporting clients through injury rehabilitation, chronic pain, nervous system dysregulation, physical & emotional trauma, and restorative care. My background combines therapeutic bodywork with a holistic understanding of the mind-body connection.

Throughout the years, I found myself drawn toward a more integrative approach to healing - one that looks beyond isolated symptoms. Opening my own practice allowed me to create a space where clinical technique, intuition, and intentional care could all coexist within the same treatment experience.

Each session is uniquely tailored using modalities such as myofascial release, trigger point therapy, cranio-sacral therapy, Shiatsu, sound therapy, energy balancing, and somatic awareness practices. My work is centered around helping clients reconnect with their bodies, release holding patterns, and return to a greater sense of balance, awareness, and embodiment.

To me, healing is not simply about symptom relief - it is an alchemical process of transformation and returning to alignment with ourselves.

The Eagle Eye Perspective

Much of my current practice, teachings, and understandings are in part due to my early initiations into the realm of healing and the guidance of my late teacher, Patricia Cramer. It is with deep gratitude that I was able to be a student of her work, and with great joy to be sharing a multifaceted model of the mind-body-spirit connection through my own practice. I completed a course not only for massage therapy certification - but also somatic integration, past life regression therapies, re-patterning techniques, informed trauma release, and a deep dive into multidimensional healing modalities.

Eagle Eye Alchemy has been inspired and fueled by these teachings; adopting new perspectives and vantage points has been a necessity to understanding the depth and potential of our dimensionality.

In many teachings, the path of the Eagle represents the journey from fragmentation to wholeness, and vision into form. The Eagle Eye can be seen as a higher perspective, a different vantage point, or the ability to get out of our own way. Bodywork creates an opportunity for the nervous system to soften, the mind to quiet, and the body to remember its own innate intelligence and capacity for restoration. Sometimes the body feels alignment before the mind fully understands it - and within that space, meaningful transformation can occur.

The human body is designed to heal, constantly finding its return to homeostasis. Pain and patterns hold wisdom that is waiting to be witnessed. Rather than viewing these aspects of the physical or mental states as problematic, my work encourages awareness and acknowledgement. This approach creates a space to embody the wisdom our own bodies and different versions of self have to teach us. Finding the lesson in the pain, the light in the shadow - is an internal alchemy that has proven to be the highest medicine.

Whether through healing touch or handcrafted jewelry, my work is a reflection of the same essence:

Alchemy of the body
Alchemy of the mind
Alchemy of the elements
